Club Les Carrés is a collaborative collector community.Club Les Carrés may organize, classify, summarize, verify, enhance, and combine member contributions with independently researched and licensed content to build, maintain, improve, and expand the Club Les Carrés database, educational resources, search tools, and future features and services.
The Club Les Carrés database is developed from member contributions together with independently researched information and licensed content.By contributing information, users acknowledge that their submissions may become part of the Club Les Carrés database and educational archive.If content has already been incorporated into the Club Les Carrés database or educational resources, Club Les Carrés may continue to use that information even if the original submission is later removed, provided such use is consistent with these Terms.
Images from partner resellers and collectors are used only with permission and are credited where appropriate.No Hermès-owned official photography, logos, or copyrighted texts are used without authorization.
No infringing, defamatory, unlawful, or offensive content may be uploaded.
Users agree not to copy, scrape, extract, reproduce, or commercially exploit the Club Les Carrés database or any substantial portion of its contents without prior written permission.
The Club Les Carrés name, branding, software, database structure, database metadata, taxonomy, classifications, search system, educational content, educational materials and summaries, curated database, scarf card format, and original written materials are the intellectual property of Club Les Carrés. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the Club Les Carrés database or other Club Les Carrés intellectual property to contributors or users.While contributors retain ownership of their original submissions, the organization, classification, summaries, educational content, and database created by Club Les Carrés are the intellectual property of Club Les Carrés.Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.
Club Les Carrés is an independent collector platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Hermès International or ARFON.The Club Les Carrés database is educational, archival, and community-driven.
